Additional consulting clients turned into a new company: Call Center Sales Pro.
Answering Service One was founded to provide telephone answering services to businesses in need of call center support.

Tracie Mexner
Tracie is an experienced executive with over 20 years in the medical industry, specializing in client relations and partnership management with hospitals, clinics, and vendors. She has expertise in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and hospital technology, helping businesses improve profitability, compliance, and communication. As Director of Client Services, Tracie ensures a smooth transition from sales to operations, serving as the main contact for enterprise partners. She focuses on partner satisfaction, resolving issues, and aligning internal teams with partner goals.
