Industry veteran, Janet Livingston, founded AnswerCenter America, Inc

After retiring from her career in telephone answering service call centers, Janet took on clients on a consulting basis.

Additional consulting clients turned into a new company: Call Center Sales Pro.

Answering Service One was founded to provide telephone answering services to businesses in need of call center support.

New Connections Communications Services and Redding Answering Service join the Call Center Sales Pro network resulting in almost 50 years experience combined in medical answering services solutions.
